Information we collect

We collect account identifiers, profile details, date of birth and age confirmations, content, messages, votes, reactions, follows, reports, blocks, business information, verification applications, device and technical information, and Scene viewing activity needed to operate and secure Yinna.

How we use information

BrownGlobal Holdings LLC uses information to provide Yinna, personalize discovery, count legitimate views, deliver notifications, prevent fraud and abuse, review reports and applications, enforce our terms, comply with law and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.

Public and private information

Profiles, Yinnas, Scenes, comments, poll totals and business pages are public. Messages, blocks, reports, date of birth, guardian confirmations and application review information are restricted to the people or moderators who need them.

Scene view totals are private to the original posting account by default. That account may choose to show totals publicly in Settings. We continue to process viewing activity for counting, discovery and abuse prevention. Public totals do not identify individual viewers. Tags and collaboration invitations are enabled by default; you can turn either off in Settings. Only accepted collaborations receive public credit.

Camera and microphone

Choosing the Scene camera requests your browser's camera and microphone permissions. Recording starts only when you press Record. You can review or discard it before posting. Closing the camera stops its active camera and microphone tracks. You may import a video instead, without giving Yinna access to your camera or microphone.

Children

Yinna is not for children under 13. If we learn that an under-13 account exists, we may disable it and delete associated information. Parents or guardians may contact BrownGlobal Holdings LLC to request review.

Safety and moderation

Reports are shared only with authorized moderators and providers needed to investigate them. We may retain safety records when necessary to prevent repeated abuse or comply with legal obligations.

Your choices

You may edit your profile, control what you publish, block users, or request account deletion through official Yinna or BrownGlobal support. Some records may be retained where required for security, disputes or law.

Service providers and international processing

We use trusted hosting, authentication, storage and communications providers. Information may be processed in countries other than your own with appropriate safeguards.
