Who may use Yinna

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use Yinna only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Do not create an account for someone under 13.

Be real and respectful

Do not impersonate others, harass or threaten people, promote hatred or violence, exploit minors, publish unlawful or sexually exploitative content, run scams, spam the platform, evade a block, or interfere with Yinna's security.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you post. You give BrownGlobal Holdings LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, distribute and technically adapt that content only as needed to operate, promote and improve Yinna. You must have the rights to everything you upload.

AI-generated and altered content

Use the AI-generated disclosure when a Scene uses AI to create or substantially alter realistic people, voices or events. Routine editing, trimming and colour correction do not need this label. A label does not permit impersonation, fraud, non-consensual intimate imagery, exploitation or infringement. Do not present fabricated footage as authentic news. We may add disclosures or remove misleading content after review. You remain responsible for the rights and permissions for footage, images, voices and music, including material made with AI tools.

Tags and collaborations

Tags and collaboration invitations are enabled by default and can be disabled in Settings. Collaboration invitations require the recipient's acceptance before public credit is shown. Accepting an invitation does not replace any permissions or agreements needed to use another person's work or likeness.

Yinnas, Scenes and messages

Yinnas are public feed posts. Scenes are public short videos. Messages are visible only to conversation participants, subject to safety, legal and abuse-prevention review where permitted by law.

Reports, blocks and moderation

You may report posts or accounts and block other users. BrownGlobal Holdings LLC may restrict reach, remove content, suspend accounts, preserve evidence or contact authorities when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance or platform integrity.

Verification

Verification is earned and never sold. A checkmark confirms that Yinna reviewed an account; it is not an endorsement. Badges may be denied or removed at any time.

Service availability

Yinna is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Operator

Yinna is operated by BrownGlobal Holdings LLC. These terms form an agreement between you and BrownGlobal Holdings LLC.
